Summary: Stayed here on way home to USA via Rome airport. Nice hotel and location. I was unable to find their shuttle from airport to hotel so took a 35 euro cab. Shuttle from hotel to airport was fine and easy. Shower was not cleaned since there was a ball of hair on ledge and hair in drain. So I avoided showering there. Staff friendly enough.

Summary: It was a nice hotel. The only thing i can say is that we had the first room near the lobby so i could hear everyone talking the bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs. I can say the staff were extremely nice and helpul.

Summary: It was nice that the hotel provided free water bottles, coke and juice. Bathroom/shower improvement was good. We appreciate the upgrade and spacious room, however, we actually prefer to have the old wing pool view room. New wing room was very far from elevators. There was no tissue paper, wash cloths.

Summary: The disappointment focused around the cost against the conference taking place which overtook the restaurant and bar at night forcing us out of the hotel due to lack of staff available.

Summary: We had a wonderful 1 night stay. Staff was amazing !! A shout out to our waiter who took amazing care of us! Super friendly and went above and beyond! Beautiful pool and garden area! Will definitely be back!
